Service Description

This holistic healing program looks at empowering the participant on their unique healing journey through the power of knowledge to self-heal. Each week looking at a new energy centre, learning ways to heal this energy centre through understanding it on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Through discussion, training, meditation, sound, and crystals and techniques. Program Includes: One-on-one 90min sessions per week, delivered via Zoom over 8 weeks (unless alternate arrangement made) Downloadable workbook each week with learning material (8 in total) New mindfulness meditation each week (8 in total)
