Reiki Crystal Healing
Reiki healing assists with emotional issues, physical pain and spiritual healing. Through gentle stimulation of the energy centres via the ‘laying on of hands’, Reiki promotes relaxation, balance and harmony at a cellular level, assisting the release of energetic blocks, reducing stress and creating an overall sense of well-being.
What to Expect
The session will start with a brief discussion as to why you have come to see me today. We will look for the patterns and triggers that could be the source of your discomfort and discover some strategies to come back into a state of alignment and inner peace.
The Reiki healing feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through you and around you. For some people it feels hot, some feel cold, or tingling sensations. Reiki treats the whole person bringing relaxation to the mind, body, heart and soul. Many have reported miraculous results.
Additionally, crystals may be used in conjunction with the Reiki healing.
Reiki Chakra Clearing
From everyday stress our life force energy can be drained leaving us more susceptible to health concerns. This 35min Reiki healing looks at re-energising the 7 major energy centres known as Chakras.
The Japanese word Reiki translates to ‘Rei’ which means ‘universal’ and ‘Ki’ meaning ‘Life force energy’. This life force energy we all hold is spoken about in many other cultures. Chinese refer to this as ‘Chi’, Indian ‘prana’ steaming from ancient Sanskrit this life force energy is held in 7 major energy systems known as ‘Chakras’. Life force energy flows though us and which causes us to be alive. If one’s life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Online Distant Healing
Conducted via Zoom, a distant reiki healing session uses ancient symbols that connect the practitioner and the recipient. The session aims to increase the energy vibration of the recipient and help them relax, heal, and balance their mind, body, heart and spirit. The session can address various issues, such as stress, trauma, anxiety, grief, pain, or discomfort.
This session will start with a discussion as to why you have come to see me today. We will look for the patterns and triggers that could be the source of your discomfort and discover some strategies to come back into a state of alignment and inner peace.
After the session you will receive feedback and aftercare suggestions for your healing journey moving forward.
Reiki One
An amazing simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an ‘attunement’ given by the Reiki Master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of ‘life force energy’, to improve one’s health and enhance the quality of life. Its use is not dependant on one’s intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. Once attuned, a person has the powerful ability to self-treat with Reiki.
Reiki First Degree teaches students the “hands on healing”. All healing is achieved by placing hands on the physical body with the intention to heal. The focus during Reiki First Degree is self-healing, an important step in your unique healing journey to assist others.

Reiki Two
Reiki Second Degree focuses on a deeper healing process then that of First Degree. It is a time where old emotions and mindsets may be healed from previous experiences in this lifetime, and even past life experiences may present themselves for healing.
You will be taught ancient symbols that will increase the intent of your hands on healing and also allow you to send distant healing. Sending Reiki to a person, situation or event makes healing incredibly rewarding as giving and receiving are really one and the same thing.
This level of training can only be completed if you have had your Reiki First Degree attunement completed by an accredited Reiki Master/ Teacher.

Coaching Session
Coaching is about looking at the present moment and future, ascertaining what upskilling or strategies need to be put in place in order to create an ideal outcome. Often this can be looking at what Value Systems we hold, how to priortise, what goals need to be set and breaking them down into achievable smaller steps. Taking a look at our mindsets and how to improve them to live our best life. How we can effectively communicate and set clear boundaries
Through this one-on-one coaching session, it will be led by what you believe your ideal outcome is.
Online One on One Journey through the Chakras Healing Program
This holistic healing program looks at empowering the participant on their unique healing journey through the power of knowledge to self-heal. Each week looking at a new energy centre, learning ways to heal this energy centre through understanding it on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Through discussion, training, meditation, sound, and crystals and techniques.
