A foundational workshop designed to reconnect you to your body, build awareness of your nervous system, and introduce practical tools for regulation. This is the entry point into the work.

Workshop Terms & Conditions This workshop is designed as a held and intentional space for learning, reflection, and nervous system work. Your place is secured upon full payment. Due to the nature of this work and limited capacity, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a future workshop (where available) with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not attend without notice, your place will be forfeited. This workshop is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. By registering, you agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing and participation during the workshop. This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin listening to your body in a different way. You are encouraged to move at your own pace throughout the experience.
