Service Description

An 8-week somatic relationship program designed to help you build internal safety, embodied boundaries, and secure connection. This is for people who are self-aware and committed to growth, but still find their nervous system reacting in love, conflict, or intimacy. Through somatic practices, nervous system work, and relational integration, you’ll develop the capacity to stay present, honest, and connected — without abandoning yourself.
