I help you feel safe enough in the body to live it.
I’m Jasmyn Pearl Grundy, a Somatic Relationship Coach & Facilitator devoted to helping people come home to safety within their own nervous system, so they can experience secure connection without abandoning themselves.
My work is trauma-aware, attachment-informed, and grounded in lived practice. I do not teach people to override themselves. I guide them back into connection with the body, where real change happens.
