Have you ever abandoned your own needs and desires to keep someone close?
You’ve done the therapy. You’ve read the books. You can maybe even name your attachment style, your patterns, and your triggers; sometimes better than the people trying to help you.
And still, when it actually matters, in conflict, intimacy, the moment connection gets close enough to mean something; your body takes over before your mind gets a vote. You shut down. You overthink. You chase. You disappear.
It's not a knowledge problem. It's that not every part of you has been invited home to feel safe in the body yet.
The Welcome Home Method, is somatic relationship coaching for people who are tired of repeating the same patterns, are ready to feel secure within themselves, so that secure connection with others finally becomes possible.
Is this you?
You know your patterns.
But your body still reacts like connection isn’t safe.
You may be self-aware, insightful, and deeply committed to your own growth. But when you’re triggered, you still find yourself overthinking everything, people-pleasing or over giving, shutting down, chasing, proving, or struggling to stay present in conflict, intimacy, or uncertainty.

It’s not because you don’t understand. It’s because your body doesn’t feel safe yet; and understanding alone can’t override that. This is where the work actually begins.
The Welcome Home Method.
One method. Four stages.
Every offer I run is built on this.
RETURN — Coming home to your body.
Recognising your nervous system’s survival responses, learning to read what your body is communicating, and meeting the protective parts of you. The performer, the chaser, the one who shuts down. Meeting these aspects of you with compassionate curiosity.
RECLAIM — Coming home to the parts of yourself you learned to hide.
Rebuilding your values, needs, desires, and sense of identity from the inside out. Not from the version of you that performs well, but the one that’s authentically yours
RECEIVE — Coming home to love, pleasure, and support.
Reconnecting with sexuality, pleasure, and your own desires and needs. The home of your standards and learning what it feels like to be met, wanted, and supported without having to earn it.
RELATE — Coming home to authentic connection.
Communicating your needs and desires from your body instead of your story, holding boundaries without collapsing or controlling, and staying present with another person without losing yourself.
Ways to work with me.
There are three ways to begin. Each one is a different depth of the same journey.
You don’t need to figure everything out first. You just need a place to start.

I don’t teach you how to perform secure connections.
I help you feel safe enough in the body to live it.
I’m Jasmyn Pearl Grundy, a Somatic Relationship Coach and Facilitator. The creator of the Welcome Home Method.

My work is trauma-aware, attachment-informed, and grounded in lived experience. I don’t teach people to override themselves. I guide them back into connection with the depths of their body, where real change happens.
